Jada Rae

Jada-Rae Poku is a Master Pilates Instructor and educator who blends science with soul. A former track and field athlete, she discovered Pilates through cross-training and fell in love with its ability to enhance performance, prevent injury, and deepen mind-body connection. She now mentors instructors and supports wellness entrepreneurs in launching and opening Pilates studios globally — all rooted in the belief that movement is medicine.

Through Flexxed Studio, Flexxed Form and Flexxed Masters, members can access on-demand Pilates classes, instructor development and wellness business consulting.

Flexxed offers three specialized services. Flexxed Studio provides on-demand Pilates classes, Flexxed Form supports the continued development of Pilates instructors and movement professionals, and Flexxed Masters offers coaching and consulting for studio owners and wellness entrepreneurs.

3. Who is Flexxed designed for?

Flexxed is designed for Pilates enthusiasts who want intentional, well-rounded workouts; instructors who want to strengthen their teaching skills and confidence; and wellness entrepreneurs who want to build, improve or scale their businesses.

4. Can I access Flexxed online?

Yes. Flexxed provides online access to on-demand Pilates classes, instructor education, professional resources, workshops and selected business coaching services. Some Flexxed events and workshops may also be offered in person.
